Bella Cosentino joins ADCO as Summer Intern

ADCO is eager to welcome Communications Strategy intern Bella Cosentino to the team. In this role, she’ll strengthen our mission to build lasting brands through innovative solutions. Bella will assist in social media management, search engine optimization, content evaluation, and more!

Bella is a recent graduate from the University of South Carolina’s advertising program. Passionate for the industry’s many disciplines, she is pursuing a master’s in strategic communication management. She connects with peers and professionals as co-president of USC’s Student Advertising Federation. She’s overjoyed to be attending the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity this June.

“ADCO’s values really resonate with me—always curious, always growing,” said Bella. “It’s contagious. I’m excited to throw my hat in the ring!”

Whether on or off the clock, Bella loves a creative challenge. Her free time is spent juggling hobbies, from writing short stories to playing bass guitar. She hosted a radio show for two years. She currently serves as the web and print designer for nonprofit literary publication Trace Fossils Review.

Given her artistic background, Bella strives to bring a versatile perspective to research and client strategy planning. She learned to work under pressure as a two-time research lead in USC’s National Student Advertising Competition team. After months of effort, the team took home a third place win from the 2026 regional conference.

“She couldn’t have joined us at a better time,” said ADCO President Lora Prill. “As marketing practices continue to evolve, we need a fresh pair of eyes. Our success—and our clients’—thrives on agility.”
Since joining us in May, Bella has provided new insights for ADCO’s digital marketing. We’re pleased to support this next step in her career, and we look forward to the collaboration to come.
