I love statistics, a lot. Especially when they help me convince people to use social media. Even in today’s world–which is full of blogs and tweets and Facebook pages–people refuse to believe that social media represents a true opportunity for businesses to connect and engage with their customers. I hope (fingers crossed) that some of the statistics in today’s Research Brief (from MediaPost) will help convert a few more naysayers into social media “yaysayers.”
